The Derby perfume from Roberto Ugolini is inspired by the shoes of the same name, the Derby shoes. These are business, but more casual shoes than the well-known Oxford shoes. The perfume had to be just like the shoe, namely universally wearable and perfect for today's self-assured gentleman.
The smell of this eau de parfum can best be described as a reliable navigator for the stylish and purposeful man. The fragrance opens with a signature combination of cardamom and basil leaves. The heart of the perfume leads you towards the base with cinnamon bark, caraway and myrrh. Once you arrive at the base you are greeted by the scent of patchouli and cedar wood.
- Top: Mugwort, Basil Leaves, Cardamom
- Heart: Vroqueen of the night cactus, allspice, cinnamon peel, caraway, myrrh
- Base: Green Patchouli, Sandalwood, Vetiver, Cedarwood, Birch, Musk
Apply a small amount of perfume to areas where you feel your heartbeat. For example, think of your wrist, neck and the inside of the elbow. The hair is also a good carrier of perfume. A perfume develops much more slowly in the hair, so that the scent remains lively for longer. Note that an alcohol-based perfume can dry out your hair. Therefore spray some perfume in the air 1 to 2 times and walk through the 'perfume cloud'.
