This Surf Tonic from Reuzel gives the hair volume and offers the control and texture of a sea salt spray . This Tonic has a light hold and gives the hair a messy, matte finish.
Active ingredients such as nettle and rosemary give the hair extra care and hydration. The hair is strengthened and protected throughout the styling process. This Tonic is easily washable and odor free.
