The Proraso Red Scheerzeep is especially for the thicker and fuller beard types, we often see these beard types with the southern European men. The ingredients in this shaving soap are better able to soften heavier beard growth and prepare it for shaving. The shaving soap contains Sandelwood Oil which has a calming effect on the skin.
The soap is applied with a shaving brush and activated with water. By beating the cream with water, a rich foam is created that retains good moisture and makes the beard hairs soften and ready for shaving.

Take a small amount of shaving soap and whip up the shaving soap with a damp brush in a shaving bowl. Apply the foam with a shaving brush to the beard and massage the foam into the beard hairs. Take your time and repeat this a few times, this makes shaving easier and improves the shaving result.
