Privacy-sensitive data or personal data is processed via our webshop. The Alpha Men considers careful handling of personal data of great importance. Personal data is therefore carefully processed and secured by us.

When using our web store, we obtain certain information from you. That could be personal data. We only store and use the personal data that is provided directly by you, in the context of the service you have requested, or of which it is clear that it is provided to us to process.

Register
You must first register for certain parts of our web shop. After registration, we store the personal data you provided via the username you have chosen. We will not provide the data linked to your user name to third parties, unless this is necessary in the context of the execution of the agreement you conclude with us or if this is required by law. In case of suspected fraud or misuse of our webshop, we can hand over personal data to the competent authorities.

Our portal gives you access to a management environment where you can set, specify and change things yourself.
Process order
When you place an order with us, we use your personal data for the processing thereof. If necessary for proper processing, we can also provide your personal data to third parties. Read more about this later in this privacy statement.

Contact form and newsletter
Through our webshop we offer the possibility to ask questions by means of a contact form, in which you are asked to fill in various information to handle your question. You choose which information you provide. The data you send us will be kept for as long as the nature of the form or the content of your e-mail requires for the complete answering and processing thereof.
We offer a newsletter with which we would like to inform interested parties about our products and/or services. Each newsletter contains a link that allows you to unsubscribe. Your e-mail address is automatically added to the subscriber list.
Location information
We may collect location data (GPS) from you if necessary for the service. You will be asked for your permission for this at the time.
This (location) data can also be stored and processed by the provider of, for example, the navigation/maps software, such as Google Maps, but the data can also be used by Google or Apple itself, for example. We have no control over this. We advise you to read the relevant privacy statements of the relevant provider.
Publication
We do not publish your customer information.

Our online store displays advertisements.
Disclosure to Third Parties
We may pass on your information to our partners. These partners are involved in the performance of the agreement.
Our webshop contains social media buttons. The administrators of these services use this to collect your personal data.

Cookies are used on our web shop. Cookies are also placed via third parties that we have engaged.

Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to track how visitors use our webshop. We have entered into a processing agreement with Google to make agreements about how we handle our data. Furthermore, we have not allowed Google to use the Analytics information obtained for other Google services. Finally, we have anonymized the IP addresses.
Security
We take security measures to limit misuse of and unauthorized access to personal information.
Retention periods
The personal data described above is retained for as long as necessary to process your orders, including warranty. After that, we store data for a maximum of one year for the described statistical purposes. The data will then be deleted, unless there is a legal obligation that requires longer retention (such as the seven-year tax retention obligation for payment data).
Third Party Websites
This privacy statement does not apply to third-party websites that are connected to our web store through links. We cannot guarantee that these third parties will handle your personal data in a reliable or safe manner. We advise you to read the privacy statement of these websites before using these websites.

We reserve the right to make changes to this privacy policy. We recommend that you consult this privacy statement regularly so that you are aware of these changes.
View and change your data
For questions about our privacy policy or questions about access to and changes to (or deletion of) your personal data, you can contact us at any time using the information below.
You can also send us a request to view, change or delete this information. You can also submit a request to request a data export for data that we use with your permission, or indicate with reasons that you want us to restrict the processing of personal data.

Klarna
In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.
