The origin of Saponificio Bignoli

The story of Saponificio Bignoli started in 1945 when grandfather Carlo felt that he had gained enough knowledge. He had many years of experience in the production of soap in a large soap factory in Milan, Italy. He started his adventure by producing “boiled” laundry soap in a large copper pot and then letting it dry. He loaded up his bike and started selling his soaps at various local markets.

Small-scale sales went very well, making Saponificio Bignoli a popular family soap house. Since then, the Italian company has been passed down from generation to generation and the soap house is now in its third generation.
