It's summer again and that means a lot of sweating, lots of sun and, above all, a lot of physical care. The heat requires different physical and external care than the cold winter. In the summer you not only smell more of your body, but also show more of your body. We wear less covering clothing and sometimes almost no clothing at all.
It's high time to give some tips so that every man can get through the summer as the best version of himself. The right care during the summer is not only important to look good, but also to keep your skin as healthy as possible and to make it as comfortable as possible for yourself.
1. Cleanse the skin daily
Cleaning the skin daily is no problem in the summer. The skin is oilier in the summer and gets dirty faster. Sweat, bacteria, particulate matter, exhaust fumes and leftover sunscreen all remain on the skin. Not really tasty.

4. Just shower warm
It's so tempting to grab a nice cold shower in this warm weather. Unfortunately, it has more disadvantages than advantages. All the sweat and dirt is better washed off your body with a hot shower. So it will ultimately make you feel cleaner. A cold shower is very nice at the moment, but will only cause discomfort afterwards. The cold shower cools your body and you get extra heat after showering. You have to get used to the heat again and immediately start to sweat again. So shower with water of the same temperature as normal.
5. Use less perfume
Taking good care of your body in the summer is really enough to smell good. In the hot sun, the scent molecules of your perfume are affected and that affects the scent. It also dries out the skin. Do you use perfume? Then only use a small amount after showering and do not use it to mask sweat odor. You will really only smell even dirtier.
6. Remove body hair
Body hair provides warmth and can give a very unkempt feeling in the summer. To feel and to see. Wax that jungle on your back when you have this one and trim your chest hair. 7. Use less pomade, wax or more

8. Trim your nails
Long nails mean faster dirt that gets left behind. Especially in the summer when you are outside more. Also cut the toenails short so that everyone dares to take a look at your feet. In the summer, more of your body is visible. So also your feet. Long dirty toenails are very distasteful and that is at the expense of your external care. Cut them straight across to prevent ingrown toenails. Still dirty feet? Take a foot bath of warm water with epsom salt more often. How clean your feet will be.
9. Sunscreen is your friend
Every man knows the stories about skin cancer by now. But in addition to the health risks, you also get rough leathery skin from too much sun without protection. Not really charming. Use at least a sunscreen with SPF 30 and protection against UVA/UVB rays. Day creams are also available that protect you from the sun.
10. Don't worry
